Reimagine Montclair: Streets, Sidewalks & Public Spaces for Response and Recovery

Bike & Walk Montclair is gauging the community’s interest in temporarily transforming some of our residential and business districts streets and sidewalks. With the pandemic affecting the world in previously unimaginable ways, maybe it’s time to REIMAGINE MONTCLAIR. How might we use quick and low cost temporary interventions to promote the type of mobility, recreation, and economic boost that the foreseeable future will require?

You might be concerned about keeping 6 feet distance while getting essential goods or commuting to work. Perhaps you run a business facing uncertainty. Maybe you have stir-crazy kids at home, or maybe you’re one of the many Americans finding renewed interest in the bicycle.

So far, over 1,000 folks have taken the survey.
Thank you!
